Is it possible to book by phone or email?
No, reservations can only be made via our website or our application in the “Reserve a seat” section.
Do I have to reserve a berth at the marina?
Reservations are not compulsory, but they are the only way of guaranteeing that you will have a place when you arrive.
Does the price include water and electricity?
The price is “all-inclusive”, which means it includes the berth, water, electricity, WIFI, sanitary facilities and sewage pump.
Do you have a wifi code?
Yes, we have a free wifi code for boaters.
Are washrooms open 24 hours a day?
No, the sanitary facilities close 30 minutes before closing time. Toilets are freely accessible and showers are free with a token if you are a yachtsman.
What time can we get to the port?
Your reservation space is available from 12pm and must be vacated by the same time. Don’t hesitate to contact the harbor master’s office if you’d like to arrive earlier or leave later. Depending on ship size, we can also welcome you at any time of night.
