Find good practices and information for the protection of the environment
The port of Macinaggio is located in the heart of the Natural Marine Park of Cap Corse and Agriate. The Natural Marine Park of Cape Corsica and Agriate was created by decree on July 15, 2016. This Park, in which all local actors are represented, is a new opportunity for the island of Beauty, already a pioneer and exemplary in terms of protection of its natural land and marine areas. This eighth French natural marine park, covering 6,830 km², is the largest natural marine park in mainland France.
Users are reminded of the importance of taking environmental issues into consideration, particularly through the following mandatory actions:
Good practices – mandatory in our port
Numerous collection points for household waste and selective sorting in the port
Clean Port” facilities in the careening area
Grey and black water pumps and bilge pumps
Water guns are mandatory
Quick connectors on water terminals
Reasonable use of drinking water, especially for boat washing
Solar hot water for showers
Donia
Donia is a community-based application for navigation and anchoring outside of fragile ecosystems. It allows all sea lovers to benefit from precise marine maps enriched with multiple information on land and at sea.

In case of pollution, boaters are asked to contact the harbour master’s office via VHF 9
In case of fire, if the harbour office is open, we ask you to contact the harbour office via VHF 9. If our administration is closed we ask you to contact directly the fire department by phone at 18 or 112
